This is a nervous system reset in a nurturing space where you are energetically held, mentally cleared, and physically rejuvenated. This bodywork is meant for slowing down and letting it all go. With kiind, you are allowed to take your time and encouraged to do so. This is where your healing begins.
Each session is designed to bring you back into your body.
Your body’s needs and tension are met with attentive, thoughtful care.
Your time here is spacious, intentional, and never hurried.
Kiind was created as a space where real healing can begin, simply because it is not rushed. Rest and relaxation are our greatest medicine, and the body does its best work when given the time and trust to do what it needs to. Here, your body can heal and repair itself in a safe setting dedicated to you.
Kiind is more than a massage or a promise: It is a return to yourself.
The spelling of ‘kiind’ is an acronym that represents a promise. That promise is to be *kind, *intentional, *intuitive,*nurturing, and *dedicated with each client, in every session. It is also a reminder of how we can aspire to treat ourselves with kindness. The eucalyptus flower is protective, strong, cleansing, and a symbol for longevity, which reflects the intentions of this space.
Each session is guided by intention and shaped around what your body needs, blending techniques of traditional Swedish massage, myofascial release, gradual trigger point therapy, passive stretching, and light energy work that create a balanced, restorative experience.
The kiind approach means each session has its own arrival ritual and protected transition time, which will add 30 minutes to the treatment. Please account for this when booking.
Targeted bodywork designed to ease tension, support recovery, and restore movement, with a more manual approach to healing.
A more intuitive approach, blending techniques of traditional massage and energy work to heal the body, mind, and soul.
Before your session begins, there will be time to discuss how your body is feeling, any areas of tension, and what you’re hoping to get from the treatment. This helps guide the session in a way that feels personal and supportive.
You'll be welcomed into a warm, grounded space and given time to settle in. There's no rush—this time is yours to begin slowing down. Soft lighting, calming scents, and a peaceful atmosphere are all part of the experience of allowing your body to begin unwinding before your massage even starts.
Before getting on the table, you'll have a chance to share your needs for the session or make any special requests. This will be followed by a brief grounding ritual, to get your mind and body ready to receive care. Breath-work, visualization, or even sitting quietly are all options to begin slowing down.
Once the session begins, everything is guided by attention and intuition. Pressure, pace, and technique are adjusted based on what your body needs in the moment. The work may be slower at times, allowing deeper areas of tension to release naturally, or more flowing and gentle to encourage relaxation.
When your session comes to a close, you'll have time to return at your own pace. There's no need to rush off—this transition time is part of your experience. This is also a good time to ask questions or create a treatment plan, if that calls to you.
This work is rooted in authentic presence, and deep respect for every body. Each session is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and allow yourself to be supported.

Erin has over 14 years of knowledge, education, and experience in the healing arts, whether through professional practice, formal education, or personal curiosity. She is passionate about health education in every form and continues to learn as much as she can in the various areas of it. She loves using this knowledge and wisdom to help her clients see real improvements in their lives, even if it’s something as simple as having a safe space to breathe, gently working out a stubborn knot, or recommendations for better sleep. Erin believes our greatest medicine is knowing and understanding ourselves; and our greatest gift is choosing how and when to use that knowledge.
